Jane Jonas

Jane is our ‘Founding Director’.  Jane started Jonas in 1999 and her principals of providing a good value ethical service still prevail today.  Jane previously held a number of positions with I.T recruitment consultancies in London before finally taking the plunge to go it alone.  She still remains hands on to this day in order to ensure her code of ethics and her name are up held.

Jane lives locally with her partner and 2 children and spends most of her spare time with her family.  Email jane@jonas.co.uk

Adam Grainger

Adam is our ‘Managing Director’.  He joined Jonas in 2002 after 6 years spent in IT recruitment.  Initially joining Jonas as a ‘Senior Consultant’ he has risen through the business, and is testament to the opportunities available for people considering joining Jonas.

In his spare time, Adam plays Hockey and Football, he is also a keen golfer.  Email agrainger@jonas.co.uk

Rob Hill

Rob initially joined Jonas in 2001 after graduating from University.  After an initial grounding in recruitment, Rob moved to a Search and Select consultancy in London where he spent the next 2 years.  Rob came back to Jonas in 2006 in a business development role.  Rob is now our ‘Key Accounts Director’ and is responsible for maintaining and developing our key account business.
In his spare time Rob enjoys travelling and playing a variety of sports including Golf, Football and Tennis.  Email rhill@jonas.co.uk

Kyproulla Loizou

Kyproulla is a Senior Consultant within our Operations Team.  Kyproulla joined Jonas after graduating from University in 2002 as a ‘Resourcer’ and has gone on to become one of our best consultants.  In her spare time Kyproulla plays football and supports the not so mighty 'Spurs'.  Email  kloizou@jonas.co.uk

Carolyn Head

Carolyn is a Senior Consultant in our Retail Team.  Carolyn joined Jonas in December 2005 from Brakes Foodservice where she was a Product Development Manager.  Carolyn has also previously worked as a buyer for Sainsbury’s and Arcadia.  Her industry knowledge is a real asset, and it helps her understand her clients and candidates exceptionally well.
Carolyn is a keen cook, who in her spare time likes property renovation and drinking wine!  Email chead@jonas.co.uk

Tom Apperley

Tom is a Senior Consultant and responsible for our NPD area.  Tom originally joined Jonas from Legal and General in 2004.  In 2005 Tom decided to take a sabbatical and travelled the world for a year.  Since his return Tom has continued to grow our New Product Development Area and now works with many companies, large and small, assisting the effective function of their development teams.  In his spare time Tom enjoys playing Football, Golf, and eating out.  Email tapperley@jonas.co.uk

Hannah Lawrence

Hannah is a Senior Consultant on our Retail desk and joined Jonas in February 2007.  Hannah is no stranger to recruitment having worked for another large retail recruiter and comes with a wealth of industry experience.  In her spare time Hannah is a sports fan who enjoys swimming, horse riding, watching rugby and spending time with her family.  Email hlawrence@jonas.co.uk

Kerrie Campbell

Kerrie is a Consultant within our Operations Team.  Kerrie covers the manufacturing Supply Chain area and sits with the Operations team.  In her spare time Kerrie enjoys socialising with friends and eating out.  Email kcampbell@jonas.co.uk

Jenny Hart

Jenny returned from a sabbatical travelling the far-flung corners of the globe and resumed her place as a Senior Consultant in the Operations team.  In her spare time Jenny enjoys travelling, eating out and going to the gym.  Email jhart@jonas.co.uk

Owen Tamsitt

Owen is a Consultant in our Technical team.  In his spare time Owen is a keen golfer (Handicap of 4!) and enjoys travel and learning about foreign cultures.  Email otamsitt@jonas.co.uk

Adam Evans

Adam joined us from our sister company, The Hutchinson Consultancy.  Adam is a Consultant in our Technical Team.  He is a keen Rugby player and has just joined Beckenham RFC having relocated from Bath.  Email aevans@jonas.co.uk

Rachel Bowen

Manpreet Mangat

Liz Lake

Liz joined us from McVities in October 2007.  Liz is a Consultant on our Commercial Team where she will be putting her years of food industry experience to good use.  Email llake@jonas.co.uk

Robert Kenyon

Kelly Symmons

Stephanie Shaw

Stephanie is a Resourcer within our NPD and Technical area.  Stephanie is a qualified squash coach.  When not on the court she enjoys playing most sports.  On a recent company night out she proved to be pretty handy at 10 pin bowling as well!!  Email sshaw@jonas.co.uk
