The Story so far... 

After a long career in I.T. recruitment, Jane founded Jonas Consulting in the Summer of 1999.  Originally focusing in the niche I.T. markets of ‘Pick’ and ‘Progress’ Jonas soon began to gradually expand and encompass the whole IT job market.

In 2002 Jonas looked for a new market and began to apply the same winning formula to the FMCG industry.  Jonas has built up a sound reputation for delivering quality recruitment solutions in a timely efficient and ethical manner, forming many key partnerships with numerous FMCG manufacturers, both large and small.  Our ‘Key Accounts’ team work together with our larger customers to offer them a truly service orientated recruitment approach adding value at every stage of the process.
We continue to offer both our clients and candidates the highest quality of service and flexibility.  Our honest & ethical working practices are approached in an attentive and friendly manner.  We currently operate from our offices in South East London and Wiltshire where we service the entire UK FMCG market place.

In 2005, after successfully establishing Jonas as a supplier to the FMCG manufacturing sector, we took the decision to open a ‘Retail Division’ to service the FMCG retail market.  This decision has proved to be a fruitful one and Jonas now supplies the likes of Marks and Spencer, Harrods and Sainsbury’s among many other Retailers.

In 2006 Jonas formed an alliance with ‘Hutchinson Consultancy’ the FMCG Interim provider, in order to provide our customers with both a Permanent and Interim recruitment solution.  This relationship has gone from strength to strength and a further joint venture between the two companies ‘TQM’ has been added to take on retained senior search assignments.
