The Challenge

Following successful assignments with this major dairy company, Jonas Consulting were approached to assist in finding a Factory General Manager to lead a key site across a period of significant change. The HR team had become frustrated by the amount of CV’s they had received that did not possess the skills required. They approached Jonas because of our success in recruiting at this level in the past. Recruiting for a position at this level meant we needed to target an extremely high quality group of candidates.

A wide group of contacts were briefed and interviewed to assess both their technical competencies and the potential cultural fit with the client.
A shortlist of 4 candidates was provided to the client for interview.
Quickly and efficiently the interview process was conducted with each candidate possessing strong skill sets for the role.
The client recognised one candidate as having the perfect mix of skills that they were looking for and progressed through a 3 stage interview process and Jonas successfully managed the process through to completion.
