Founded nearly 30 years ago, Hayden’s Bakeries supply high quality morning goods and hot and cold eating desserts and patisserie to high quality retailers. They are part of “The Real Good Food Group” of companies.

The Real Good Food Company plc is a food group servicing high end niche markets. They aim to grow both through acquisitions and organically. They acquire under performing businesses lacking critical mass or product focus and profitable businesses lacking access to markets.

As a key part of the group Hayden’s Bakeries supplies and produces high value bakery products and desserts with strong production skills in hand finishing and laminated yeasted dough products utilising quality fresh fruit. The business operates from a 6,721m2 factory in Devizes, Wiltshire and employs approximately 300 people.

Product development programmes are a key driving force to volume growth.

Seriously Scrumptious, another of RGFC's companies operates from the same facility at Devizes and is engaged in high quality cake manufacturing and individual portion bakery products to the retail and food service sectors. Seriously Scrumptious is committed to producing the best luxury cakes and patisseries to the UK market.
