As one of Northern Foods preferred suppliers we have a number of vacancies covering their 19 sites across the UK and Ireland, specialising in chilled, bakery and frozen food production.

Northern are one of the leading food producers in the UK and Ireland with revenues of £888.5 million (2006/07). They enjoy a well earned reputation for quality, service delivery and, above all, great tasting food.

Everyday their skilled workforce of 10,700 people supply retail customers and consumers with exciting own label and branded food created to satisfy every eating occasion from snacks on the go, to great tasting meals, treats and puddings.

Northern is focused around five markets; Pizza, Biscuits, Ready meals, Sandwiches & salads and puddings.  They also enjoy a long standing reputation for innovation and were behind the creation of the chilled ready meal!  Northern Food's is built on a heritage dating back to 1853 with the Fox’s biscuits brand.

Today they continue to innovate, developing great new food ideas in line with changing food trends.

Their brand and own label split is approximately 60:40 and sales to their top five customers – Asda, Marks & Spencer, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s and Tesco - represent 76% of total revenue.
