Search & Selection - TQM

Through our dedicated search arm TQM we can handle your senior fmcg retained assignments.  If you choose TQM you can rest assured your requirements will be met with Discretion, Integrity and Trust.

We assess each assignment on a case by case basis and only undertake those that we feel we can offer the highest level of service.

The Process

Stage 1 - Research

• Firstly, we will come and visit you at your site or another suitable location in order to build up a detailed Job and Person Specification
• Secondly we will investigate and determine all suitable possible search pools, identifying companies and suitable search targets.

Stage 2 - Search

• Once a clear search plan has been devised we will then discreetly target those individuals and go about bringing together a list of interested parties.
• We will then meet all potentially suitable individuals and carry out a detailed competency based interview and psychometric profile.

Stage 3 - Select

• After meeting all candidates we will draw up a shortlist of the preferred candidates and present a detailed dossier on each of the short listed individuals to our client.
• 2nd round interviews will then take place with the client.
• A candidate debrief will then be carried out and all feedback will be provided to the client.
• Further final stage interview with the client if required.

Stage 4 - Offer & Placement

• We will handle all negotiations in a professional and efficient way to ensure all parties are happy at the end of the process.
