An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Shift Production/ CI Manager to join a well-established Food Manufacturing Company based in London. The role will require you to assist production managers in running of production, whilst maintaining high quality low wastage, staff budgets, food safety and actively promoting continuous Improvement. Your will be required to make an instant impact on the day-to-day running of the factory. You will also make gradual and incremental improvements to the operation of the Production Site, introducing techniques such as Lean and where possible and at every opportunity, taking a World Class Manufacturing approach.
The ideal candidate will have the potential to progress through the company.
Ideally candidates should be educated to degree level or equivalent, however this is not essential. It is essential that you are a self starter from the Food Industry who is computer literate and able to communicate at all levels. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to make their mark in an excellent company.
