Team Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team Manager to join a well - established Blue chip food manufacturer.  Reporting to the Departmental Manager, the successful candidate and their team will be instrumental in managing the day to day and long - term activities of the business.  You will be responsible for motivating, co-ordinating your team to ensure production targets are reached and to build and establish a flexible and co-operative team. You will need to identify areas of improvement in the business and to increase performance and capability. You will be responsible for monitoring and controlling KPIs some of which include customer complaints, overtime, productivity, labour and health and safety.  Responsibilities also include coaching and training all new operators within the team ensuring they meet the required quality and technical standards and aim to create multi-skilled workforce in partnership with all the departments.  All candidates must have experience working within a fast paced Food Manufacturing environment.
