HR Advisor

My Client is looking for HR Advisor to join their team.  This is a fast paced organisation and the ideal candidate must have worked in the Food & Drink Industry. You will be responsible for recruitment and selection – advertising through to induction and progress reviews, providing first line advice to managers and employees on terms and conditions of employment, HR policies and their application.You will be involved in Policy writing, development and implementation and Redundancy projects including redundancy calculations, one to one consultations and statutory meetings. You will be responsible for the Production of HR KPI’s and Management reports, overseeing complete payroll function on site and absence and sickness management.  My client is looking for a forward thinking, self motivated individual keen to progress their career.
