Our client is looking for a Technical Manager to manage and control all manufacturing responsibilities relative to the maintenance and promotion of quality standards, hygiene and GMP within this ambient food environment. You must ensure that the HACCP, Due Diligence and Quality Management Systems are maintained to a standard that ensures full customer and legal compliance is achieved. Significant ambient food experience in a manufacturing or retail environment is essential, together with a HACCP qualification and a relevant science degree.
